Teamware Pl@za can be configured for users to register by themselves, or it could be restricted to site managers. In addition, users can be imported from other systems or Pl@za can be integrated with databases, LDAP and other directories, or other systems for creation of website users.
Online
Online website registration is quick and easy. It allows user to create an user id and password, unless the system is configured with additional id and password restrictions and security. Website registration is confirmed by email to user's email address.
Passwords
Users can change passwords online in My services. Site managers can configure password rules such as length, characters and how often they must be changed.
