Notifications

With  Pl@za Notification service, users can receive automatic notifications for new content and updates on the website and, thus, stay current with the website. Notifications are also an excellent way to stay up to date on activities in online communities and workspaces. Notifications improve collaboration, communication and dissemination of information. They allow users to stay connected with the website increasing their site loyalty.

 

Logged in users can find a speaker icon on all pages, communities, workspaces and services on the website.  Clicking on the icon will turn the notification on for a particular content page or service. Users can set preferences for receiving notifications by email or online in My Services.

 

Email notifications can be set to provide summary notifications at desired frequency such as daily or weekly.  Summaries include links back to the actual content for easy access to the specific new or updated webpage or other content.
