Interactive business card

With the interactive business card (IBC), Teamware Pl@za provides a great tool for users to profile and personalize themselves as well as publish information about them in the communities.  The main business card, just like a print business card, is for presenting users contact information.  Each field of information is assigned access rights so that user can set preferences for what information is shown publicly, to other registered users and what is private contact information. 

 

IBCs are integrated with the system's email service so that users can easily keep in touch. Email can be sent directly from the IBC, even if user has kept email address private.

 

In addition to the main contact information, users can create CVs, interests, and professional skills sections.
