Search and navigation
Teamware Pl@za Standard Solution offers searching, menus, bread crum, links, link lists and site map to help users find and navigate on the website.
Site search
Pl@za has a comprehensive site and content searching capability. Searches find content in document folders, in the full-text of documents such as MS Word and PDF files, website pages, help pages, discussions and personalized interactive business cards.
Site search supports simple full-text searching accross all website content or using boolean search operators and wild cards. Advanced searching supports searching by specific services, subsites, language, and dates. User can also set result display preferences for sort order and results per page.
Search is secured by user roles and rights. Users will only find and access content they are allowed to access.
Menu navigation
Main navigation throughout the site is oragnized by top and side menus and links. Menus can have main and multi-sublevel entries. Top pulldown menus are also automatically displayed on the left hand side for enhanced navigation. Menu items can be created, modified, deleted and grouped, and they can be made to appear only for selected groups.
Site map
In addition to menu navigation, Teamware Pl@za Standard Solution creates automatically a
site map of main and sublevel webpages. Site map organizes the page titles by site navigation and links them to the actual pages for easy access.
Bread crum
Teamware Pl@za Standard Solution also creates automatically a bread crum to identify where on the site user is navigating. Site hierarchy and page levels in the bread crum are hot linked in order for the user to easily navigate back levels.
