Webpage management (Formpages)

Teamware Pl@za Webpages, also called Formpages, are predefined page templates for flexible and consistent management of webpages and static content in them. This enables a fast and simple way to create, update, move, delete and archive webpages.

Fields

Webpage templates have standard fields such as headings which will comply automatically with standardized site styles, free content fields for flexible content management, and various page options and properties.
Free content fields have a WYSIWYG editor for easy editing. Text can be generated manually or copy-pasted from other documents such as MS Word. The editor alllows for basic text fomatting options including fonts, colors, size, special characters, justification, listings, as well as provides with options for creating tables, adding links and pictures, and using special functions such as search and replace, cut/copy/paste, undo/redo, and remove formatting. For more advanced users, the editor supports direct editing of HTML code as needed.

Layouts and elements

Webpage management options and properties include selections for styles, layouts and page elements such as graphics, link lists and services including adding publisher listing areas, discussions, events, FAQs, and polls. In addition, draft webpages and changes to existing webpages can be previewed before saving.

Storing webpages

Teamware Pl@za stores the content separate from page styles and displays webpages dynamically to user upon request. Webpages are available for authorized users in a folder structure for easy management. Webpages can be copied, moved, archived and deleted. Webpages inherit access rights from the site, subsite, community or workspace they are added to. However, access rights can be set by page different from default, if needed.
