Teamware Pl@za Discussion forums provide users a convenient way to discuss ideas and share thoughts with each other. They also enable continuing debates and taking matters forward after face-to-face meetings.
The Discussion forums service are organized into top level forums or groups. Each forum may have many threads or topics of discussion, each of which may have many messages and replies to the from forum participants. Each forum is defined with its indepent access rights to read discussions and post messages to them. Discussion forums can be made public, private to a group or generally available to all registered website users.
New forums, new threads and new messages can be easily added by authorized users. Forums can also be locked or removed. Forums are often used as electronic bulletin boards for notices and announcements.
