Teamware Pl@za demosite

This demosite has been built with Teamware Pl@za Standard Solution 5 to present some of its various features and services in a user browsable demonstration. The content on site provides an overview of some system capabilities and visitors don't need to login to see administrative features since some of them are shown as pictures.

The content and picture in this section of the webpage has been produced by using an HTML editor. The WYSIWYG editor uses common word processor-like tools and appearance and requires no HTML skills from the user. It provides all basic text management and formating capabilities as well as allows for copying and pasting from other applications (e.g. MS Word) and adding links, pictures and tables.

Column 1

The page layout is very flexible and easy to manage in Teamware Pl@za Standard Solution webpages. You can choose if this webpage consists of 1, 2 or 3 middle content columns or display content in 6, 9 or more smaller bricks of content.

The look-and-feel of these columns can be changed as we did here with these columns.

Column 2

In this second column, background colors or borders are hidden to bring out the column from the others. This is simply achieved by checking that option as demonsrated below.

Column 3

Whereas in the other columns, background color is added with gradient effect as shown below.

New column row

After the three columns above, a single column content area or row was selected to display next. As you can see, creating a webpage layout with various content areas is very flexible.

Users with rights to manage content and layout on a page will see a Modify icon on the bottom of the page in order to access that webpage's content management features. The system also displays the time of the last updates and user performing the last update, provided preferences to show name has been set.
