Management tools
All services, groups, website structure, webpages, website content, users and access rights are managed by authorized users and site managers with administrative tools using a browser. No client applications need to be installed. Systems managers can access and manage everything on the site and access system level resources and tools.
Website and content management can be highly-distributed to various staff and users with defined roles and responsibilities in only selected areas of the site, such as by subsites, online communities, intranets, extranets or workspaces. Or website and content management can be centralized to only a few power users. At login, users are authenticated and rights are assigned to each user which will control what they can access and what they see through the website and in their administrative tools menu.
