Teamware Pl@za Publisher is a powerful tool for publishing content.  It enables a controlled and consistent way of delivering content to one or more areas of the website.  In addition, the system allows for workflow and approval processes as needed. 

Publisher automatically publishes, displays, expires and archives the content based on preferences set for the content item.  The system supports creating an item online by typing content in or by copy-pasting it from other applications, or by uploading an external document  such as a PDF or MS Word document. Please follow this link for adding an item.

 

Publisher also feeds published items as an RSS feed.  The feed is made available in standard format for others to read automatically from the website.
